The story behind the framework
Founder. Operator. Angel. I have raised my own rounds, built inside fast-moving companies, and written 30+ angel checks. Everything I teach, I have lived.
Origin
I grew up in Peru. I studied at Tec de Monterrey, UC Berkeley, Singularity University, and Draper University. I built my career across Thomson Reuters and early-stage startups before making the jump to investing.
Miss Universe Latina Peru 2024. McKinsey Next Gen Women Leaders Award. I do not lead with these. I do mention them because investors meet me and assume one thing. I am more than that.
I have lived in 10 countries and kept moving. Tech. Global. A full life outside of work.
Philosophy
Money shows up later. Your time does not come back. Every framework I teach is built to protect yours.
I do not fear AI. I run it. AI finds the investors. I close them. Systems for scale. Presence for trust.
A fundraise is a sprint inside a marathon. Your body is your infrastructure. Train it like the asset it is.
One email a week. Real frameworks. No recycled threads. No ghostwriter. If I say it, I mean it.
The three things a founder needs to survive a fundraise and build something that lasts.
The machines are getting smarter. The mission is to stay more human, not less. Build systems that free people to matter.
The receipts
What I have built and backed
I built Fundraising School. Co-created with Andres Bilbao, co-founder of Rappi. The cohort I ran taught founders to close faster, raise cleaner, and stop burning warm intros.
One of our founders, Lucca Ayerza, raised $725K from Tim Draper. Forbes Uruguay covered the round. The framework worked because he ran it.
I have advised Pygma, the LatAm fintech accelerator co-founded by Andres Campo. I have written checks into AI, consumer, fintech, and future-of-work companies across the US and LatAm.
Everything you see on this site is lived, not borrowed.
